-
Yes. Our adaptations remain very faithful to the original works while presenting the story in a clear and engaging theatrical style.
We highlight key moments from the text that students are likely to encounter in their GCSE studies.
-
Our productions are performed by a small ensemble of professional actors, typically around six performers, who multi-role to bring all of the characters to life on stage.
-
Our productions often include a narrator to help guide the audience through the story. The narrator helps clarify complex moments, highlight important themes and connect scenes together while keeping the original text intact. This makes the productions particularly helpful for students studying the plays.
-
School groups can book directly through the theatre’s box office for the venue you wish to attend.
Most venues offer special school group rates, and teachers or supervisors may receive complimentary tickets depending on the theatre’s policy.
Schools can also reserve block bookings without having to pay up front at most venues.
-
Seeing the text performed live can transform students’ understanding of the play. Many teachers tell us that students finally understand the story, characters and themes once they see them brought to life on stage.
-
Yes. All matinee performances include a post-show Q&A session with the cast and director.
Students can ask questions about:
• The characters
• The themes
• Staging choices
• Shakespeare’s language
• Exam-related interpretations
These sessions are very popular with teachers and students.
-
Unfortunately, only one company owns the rights to An Inspector Calls, meaning no other theatre productions can be staged anywhere in the UK at any time.
We would love to do our own version and tour with it, but sadly it is not possible.
-
Our productions are suitable for students aged 10+ and are particularly valuable for GCSE English students.
Many Year 6 classes also attend our productions in preparation for secondary school.

Revision on Tour visits theatres across the UK each year, and we are always looking to expand the tour to new venues.
If you would like to see the production in your local theatre, one of the most helpful things you can do is contact the theatre and suggest the show to them. Many venues programme productions based on interest from local audiences, teachers and parents.
You can also join our mailing list here to be the first to hear about new tour dates and venues as they are announced.
